From Colombia, it gathers the best genetics of the Typica and Pink bourbon varietals, processed by carbonic maceration to offer an exquisite coffee with the aroma of maple honey, a raspberry syrup flavour, and the sweetness of red fruits.

    This coffee was produced by Carlos Fernando de los Ríos from the Villa Alsacia Estate that has a 90 point cupping score. It had undergone the natural process followed by a carbonic maceration fermentation for 168 hours in controlled temperatures which contribute to its sweet flavours and liquor notes.

Championship-winning Coffee

This limited edition coffee was used by Pedro Luis Ricardo Pineda in the Chilean Barista Championships where he won and went on to qualify at the world level. Grown at heights between 1500 and 1600 m.a.s.l. this coffee from Colombia's Quindío region, was produced by Carlos Fernando de los Ríos of the Villa Alsacia Estate.


It is a micro-lot that gathers the best genetics of both the Typica and Pink Bourbon and processed with the carbonic maceration process to offer an exquisite coffee that is liquor-y, sweet and syrupy.
